Veteran Badge Presentation

One of the best parts of being a local MP is the chance to meet and say thank you to local people who have contributed to their country and local community through service in HM Armed Forces.

I recently had the honour of presenting HM Armed Forces Veteran Lapel Badges to Mr John Ward of Lowton and Mr Donald Farrington of Leigh at my Market St office.

Mr Ward and Mr Farrington told me about life in the Royal Navy and the Army Military Police and the people and places that they visited.
